  • 4th Spanish region with more foreign investment (5% of the national total).

  • 1st foreign investor in the region: Luxemburg (with 43% of the total. United States and Japan represents 85% of total foreign investment received.

  • Investment sectors: metallurgy and iron manufacturing (with a value of 454 million euros, 39% of the total), together with insurance-reinsurance and health activities, they represent 76% of the investment received.
